Cape Town International Friendship Run

International and Rest-of-Africa Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon entrants are invited to meet for a scenic 5km run or walk, usually on the Friday before the Ultra Marathon. The Cape Town International Friendship Run is held most years.

Cape Town, or the ‘Mother City’ as it is affectionately known, is frequently recognised as one of the top cities in the world. The Friendship Run is the perfect pre-cursor to the ‘world’s most beautiful marathon’ and South Africa’s biggest running event.

Meet fellow runners from all over the world getting into the #Conquer spirit, and invite up to three family members or friends to join you for a nominal fee as you proudly jog with your country flag.
